XOOR's recruitment process
Cultural Match Interview
The first thing is to get to know you! We want to make sure your values match XOOR's, and to find out what your aspirations are. We will also tell you about our culture and growth opportunities.
Technical Challenge
Then we will give you an assignment to test your technical knowledge, and also evaluate how you fit in, and your communication skills. This will determine your seniority, as well.
Introduction to the Project
In some cases, we will arrange a meeting with the person responsible for the project you will be joining, so that both parties get to know each other. You will be able to talk and clear up your questions.
Job offer
If there is cultural fit, and you pass the technical test, you will have a 30 minutes meeting with us, where we will detail: position, XOOR policies, benefits, method of payment and hiring proposal.
